Grapes harvested and sorted twice only by hand. Fermentation in French oak cask (500L). Ageing on the lees for 8 months.

A bright straw colour Chardonnay showing white flowers zesty lemon and ripe stone fruits like white peach and apricot together with delicate vanilla. The palate is round and flavorsome, delivering a good complexity of minerality & citrus fruits, while a hint of nutty flavours lingering on the final.
