C9P won medals in DWWA 2023

On June 9, 2023, the results of the 2023 Decanter World Wine Awards (DWWA) were officially announced. Chateau Nine Peaks' 3 wines won 3 bronze medals.

3 awards for our single varieties collection are confirmation that enlargement of our established wine range (Classic - Reserve - QI) by single variety wines was right decission allowing us to bring innovative products to wine lovers.

DWWA judges' tasting notes: Peppery aromas with notes of cedar, tobacco and flowers. Dry on the palate, with a zippy acidity.

DWWA judges' tasting notes: Perfumed nose of violets, cloves and nutmeg with hints of meaty notes. Firm tannins. Long finish.

Decanter World Wine Awards (DWWA) is the largest and most influential wine competition in the world. This year is the 20th year that the competition has been held. Every year, the wines participating in the competition are selected by top experts from all over the world after strict blind tasting.


A record number of 18,250 wines were judged from 57 countries – up from 54 countries in 2022. The judging panel's 236 experts (including 53 Masters of Wine and 16 Master Sommeliers) represent 30 different nations.
