The rainfall during the growing period of the vines was also higher than in previous years, which made the occurrence of downy mildew on the leaves and grapes in some blocks more than in previous years. However, after implementing the reasonable prevention and control measures, we had timely and effectively controlled the disease.

At present, all the Chardonnay is being fermented in an orderly manner. Among them, the earliest one has reached the end of fermentation. The refreshing citrus and lemon aromas are more prominent, and the acidity is quite good.

For Chardonnay fermented in barrels this year, we will still use 500L new oak barrels and acacia barrels for its fermentation. At present, the fermentation work has just begun. Let's look forward to its performance in the future!
