Winemaking process:
Grapes harvested and sorted twice only by hand.
Cold skin contact pre-fermentation followed by a moderate warm fermentation at 26/28°C in small sized steel vats. Pressed after 12/14 days maceration.
Aged for 10 months in stainless steel vats.
Tasting notes:
A bright ruby red wine showing young aromas of red fruits.
On the palate its body is light-medium but sustained with firm and supple tannins and balanced by a refreshing acidity,
which makes the wines ready to drink. A wine to, literally, enjoy with family and friends.
