C9P's Lamborghini tractor attracted everyone's attention all the way.
In the morning, after arriving at C9P, everyone was first attracted by the wooden dome in the Long Bar. Looking up at the wine boxes on the dome, it is estimated that most of these wines are used for their daily work in their restaurants.
Afterwards, the sommeliers were firmly attracted by the neatly arranged C9P's wines on the bar.
During the lunch, they had a meal with Jacky, the deputy general manager of C9P. The cordial and candid exchanges narrowed the distance between each other.
At the small museum of C9P, Jacky showed all the development of C9P in the past 13 years, as well as the great future plan in C9P.
Afterwards, with the guide of Emily, C9P's Chinese winemaker, they visited the fermentation workshop and the underground cellar built according to the gravity.
Later, with the guide of Sam, C9P's chief agronomist, they walked into the vineyard and learned C9P's terroir and the planting environment.
C9P's westhill vineyard must be visited by the professional visiting team. Sam also showed them the nursery, the top-grafted Alibernet plot, as well as the plot of Syrah with the goblet pruning on the hillside.
Later, they went back to the winery for a professional tasting. We had carefully prepared a full range of C9P's wines. Once everyone was seated, they were quiet for an instant, and quickly enter the professional tasting state. During the whole tasting process of the 14 wines, there were the same vintages and different varieties; the same wines and different vintages. Without the official tasting notes, the sommeliers tasted, noted and scored based on their own tasting feelings. Hand in homework. After nearly 2 hours of tasting, everyone had worked very hard and gave us their most objective evaluation of our wines. Thank you for all!
Finally, we prepared a very interesting gift for everyone. Emily had took out 5 different new red wines of the 2020 vintage from the oak barrels and the sommeliers could do the blending according to their own preferences to make a unique wine of their own.
What's interesting is that everyone used "Qi" as the label name, of course, all kinds of different Qi. Here we should claim that C9P's Qi is from from Wang Chong's "Lun Heng · Nature" in Han Dynasty, "Harmony between heaven and earth, everything on its own."
