On April 23, 2019, it was the 70th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Navy.
Several ships from different countries also arrive in Qingdao for the military parade.

On the evening of April 23, in the hotel of Crowne Plaza in Qingdao, Mr Olivier BALEIX,
the representative in Qingdao and Shandong of the French Chamber of Industry and Commerce in China,
hosted a friendly event with the theme of “Rassemblement de la Communauté Française et Francophone”

The event is co-organized by the following units:

- Ambassade de France en Chine
- Région Bretagne
- CCI Métropolitaine Bretagne Ouest
- Le Souvenir Français
 
In the evening, nearly 100 French friends and French-speaking friends in Qingdao participate in the event. Chateau Nine Peaks also go to the site.

 

The event of the night is divided into three parts.
