In the process of the grape transportation, the natural gravity is completely adopted to avoid the use of machine pumps to minimize the influence of machines on wine.
There are 79 stainless steel temperature-controlled fermentation tanks, with capacities ranging from 5 to 15 tons; compared with the traditional wine making, the stainless-steel fermentation tanks are easier to control the temperature and can strictly control the fermentation temperature.
